1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using quietad.online (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created via one-time email login codes — there are no passwords to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account secure, since that's what controls login. Please use an email address your organization actually monitors.

3. Products and pricing

• 14-Day Trial — $25, provides full functionality for 14 days from activation.
• Perpetual License — $799, one-time payment, valid indefinitely, usable on unlimited machines within your organization.

Prices may change at any time for future purchases; changes don't affect licenses already purchased.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We don't collect or store your card or bank details directly. You're responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring funds/credit are available.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final. Neither the 14-Day Trial ($25) nor the Perpetual License ($799) is refundable once purchased. We recommend using the trial to confirm QuietAD fits your environment before purchasing the perpetual license. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. License delivery

License files are generated and emailed to the address on your account after payment is confirmed. While we aim to deliver promptly, delivery may not be instantaneous — if you haven't received your license within a reasonable time, contact support@quietad.online with your order details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the Site's login or license-activation systems;
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the Site or its login system;
• Use the Site to obtain licenses fraudulently or with stolen payment methods.

8. Software license

Use of the QuietAD software itself (once downloaded and activated) is governed separately by our End User License Agreement.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, design, and the QuietAD name and logo — belongs to [AD Tool team / your registered business name] and may not be used without permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
