The 14-Day Trial exists specifically so you can evaluate QuietAD in your own environment — with your own domain, your own OUs, your own LAPS setup — before committing to the Perpetual License. Because that evaluation path exists at low cost ($25), we don't offer refunds on either tier.
We'd rather you try before you buy than be unhappy after. If you're unsure whether QuietAD fits your environment, start with the 14-Day Trial rather than going straight to the Perpetual License.
If QuietAD itself isn't functioning as described — not "I changed my mind," but an actual defect — contact us. We stand behind the product and want to help even though refunds aren't offered: support@quietad.online
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us first — we're generally able to resolve billing errors directly and faster than a PayPal dispute.
